Hi I’m Rachel, owner of Stitch Point Studio. 

I love all things craft and have been sewing for as long as I can remember. Part of my desire to sew these days comes from disliking clothes shopping so I have mostly a me-made wardrobe.

My favourite things to sew are with jersey fabrics, I am a curvy sewer and so I have scoured the patterns available to find the best options. I love to share my sewing passion with everyone, which is why Stitch Point Studio exists.

I love dance-wear. It’s so bright and exciting, my daughter is now following my own footsteps and now started dancing herself now too. I can’t wait to create more unique designs for her, her friends and all the other dancers out there.

When I’m not sewing I’m usually running around after my two young girls or in the kitchen cooking up low carb treats and breads for my family. Oh and I am also a qualified optometrist!

As you may have already guessed, from looking through the services that Stitch Point Services offer, I’m usually also busy dressmaking for myself, preparing a large range of video tutorials and hand picking the best patterns and fabrics for my monthly membership subscription and smaller “Learn to sew” projects suitable for beginners.
