Returns Policy

If you feel that the product supplied is faulty, simply email us at stitchpointstudio@gmail.com to advise us within 14 days of receipt, and we will do our best to rectify the situation, either by supplying a replacement or refund.

Any returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

For all returns we recommend that customers use registered post. We cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.

Terms of Service

Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
